Today is Memorial Day and I thought I would go back to my preppy days! It's going to be a pretty nice day today in Miami and I wanted to keep it light but still layer a bit.
I paired a denim jacket with a button up and a madras tie. To add a little flare I added a red pocket square to play off the madras. Since I'm doing a lot on top I kept the bottom simple with tan chinos and brown dress shoes. I switched out my brown laces for blue ones on my shoes just to change it up.
I'm going to be out most of the day but I didn't want to carry a bag so I put my essentials in my Louis Vuitton Toiletry 26. It's big enough to fit what I need and small enough to not be an annoyance to carry. Also brought my Samsung Galaxy Note Pro tablet for the long ride!
